Aderibigbe Adegbite Olusegun a.k.a “The Boss” who emerged winner of the recently concluded Joy Heyball Masters Div. One, Tour # 3 Nigeria Qualifier, paid a courtesy visit to Moneytronics Microfinance Bank (MFB), a leading microfinance Bank, that specializes in offering loans to small and medium businesses based in Lagos.
Mr. Ndubuisi Okoli, Managing Director and Mr. Olufemi Salako, Director received Mr. Aderibigbe on behalf of the Bank amidst others members of management. Moneytronics MFB management used the opportunity to fulfill their promise as they presented the cheque to the very elated Aderibigbe who was very grateful to receive it.
After the event Aderibigbe spoke to the media in a short interview:
“it was very tough for me but I believed that I could win the tournament because I am a good player”
“25 years’ experience in Snooker, I have not seen something like this before in my life. This is the first time and I am very happy. I pray for the people that make this kind of thing happen in Nigeria.”
Mr. Ndubusi Okoli, Moneytronics MFB managing director in an interview said
“We are highly elated for being part of this competition. Like we just presented a cheque … to him as our own contribution towards the development of sports in Nigeria “
“We support all sports. We have been doing that in the past but this is the one that came around this time. We are into football and Athletics”
Aderibigbe Adegbite will be joining Bamidele Shehu to travel to China for the next edition of the Joy Hey Masters div One that will hold from August 17 to 27, 2023.
The Joy Heyball Masters Nigeria Qualifiers comprise five events under the brand name that offers the winners of each event the opportunity to join other participants from across the world to compete for various monetary prizes and points. The next qualifier will hold in September 2023.
